All the elements published on the site www.by-ilios.com such as, and without this list being exhaustive, images, photographs of atmosphere settings, cropped photographs, videos, graphic charter, sound elements constituting the Site, logos, brands, domain names, texts, typographies or even the products sold there, belong to us and constitute works protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

The Ilios trademark: Verbal trademark belonging to Pauline Gandolfini, President of the Ilios company, was filed with 92-INPI on October 17, 2022 under number 4 905 886, and published in the Official Intellectual Property Bulletin BOPI 2023-05 of February 03, 2023.

Ilios is the holder of all the intellectual property rights on its products and, more generally, on the brands, illustrations, images and logos reproduced on its articles, their accessories or their packaging.

Any total or partial reproduction, any modification and/or any use of these elements for any reason and on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior consent of Ilios, is strictly prohibited. The creation of derivative works from these elements is strictly prohibited.

The use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission or representation for purposes other than for personal and private use for non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Violation of these provisions exposes its author to the penalties provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code under, in particular, infringement of copyright (article L.335-1 and following), trademark law (article L .716-1 and following) and by the Civil Code in terms of civil liability (articles 1382 and following).

IV - Links

Ilios is in no way responsible for the hypertext links established from the Site and referring to other Internet sites. The creation of hypertext links to the Site is subject to authorization by Ilios.

V - Obligations of the user
