However, you may wish to return your ILIOS products to us following an online purchase. Here's how to do it and what the return conditions are.

I - What are the possible reasons for returns?

There are two reasons why you can return your ILIOS products to us, the conditions of which are different:

• Return for a refund
• Return for size exchange

II - When should you submit your ILIOS returns?

It is possible to return ILIOS items purchased on our site to us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

III - Return conditions

All package contents must be returned in their original condition, not worn or used or damaged. All items, accessories, tags and paperwork must be included. Returned products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

IV - Return procedure and costs

Depending on the reason for which you wish to return, the costs incurred and the reimbursement conditions differ:

• Return for a refund : return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received and inspected the returned package, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days of accepting the return. The refund will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Return for a size change : please write to us at contact@by-ilios.com specifying that it is a return and giving us your order number. We will then send you the return slip to stick on your package for its return. Returns are paid for by us, via Mondial Relay, for Metropolitan France.
  

In the event that you return a package to us at your expense, we recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance to guarantee the safety of the return.
